As preparation for these tasks, Professor Laurie Santos reveals misconceptions about happiness, annoying features of the mind that lead us to think the way we do, and the research that can help us change. You will ultimately be prepared to successfully incorporate a specific wellness activity into your life.


Headspace- Mindfulness for your everyday life/Meditation

Headspace is offering all US healthcare professionals who work in public health settings free access to Headspace Plus through 2020. If you are a healthcare professional, you can redeem your subscription using your National Provider Identifier (NPI) and email address.
